The Parish Council is not a Planning Authority. It is consulted by West Northants Council who is the Planning Authority when an application is received from within the parish. Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Planning Committee which meets once a month. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the parish, the decision is made by West Northants Council.
