Town And Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
Direction Made Under Article 4(1) to which Paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 applies (Direction with immediate effect).
WHEREAS West Northamptonshire Council ("the Council") being the appropriate local planning authority within the meaning of Article 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) ("the Order") is satisfied that it is expedient that development of the description(s) set out in the First Schedule below should not be carried out on the land shown edged red on the attached plan unless planning permission is granted on an application made under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
NOW THEREFORE the said Council in pursuance of the power conferred on them by Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 215 (as amended) hereby directs that the permission granted by Article 3 of the Order shall not apply to development on the said land of the description set out in the Second Schedule below.
(Description of Development restricted by this Direction)
The erection of any means of enclosure within Schedule 2 of the Order, Part 2, Minor operations Class A – gates, fences, walls etc.
The land off Horton Road, Hackleton, Northamptonshire NN7 2AW shown edged red on the attached plan.
THIS DIRECTION which is made under Article 4(1) of the Order is proposed to come into force on 14th October 2021 and shall be known as the 'West Northamptonshire Council (Land off Horton Road, Hackleton) Article 4(1) Direction 2021'.
THIS DIRECTION shall remain in force until 14th April 2022 (being six months from the date of this Direction) and shall then expire UNLESS it has been confirmed by the Council in accordance with paragraphs 1(9) and (10) and paragraph 2(6) of Schedule 3 before the end of the six months period.
